Our Yoga Program

Yoga is prefect for the mind, body and soul.

Toddlers and preschoolers get the opportunity to do yoga in the classroom. Yoga allows children to self-regulate and practice gross motor skills while calming their bodies and minds. Children will learn poses, and other cognitive skills such as letter and numbers.

Combining yoga and other skills helps children learn in a kinesthetic way. Yoga is done in the classrooms throughout the school year.
